I then kindly asked if maybe his manager would allow it & he said he doubted it but that he’d call her. I asked the person that cards at the entrance if a picture on my phone would be accepted ( as I had forgotten my ID at the hotel) to which he politely said no. Her Actions were disgusting to say the least.
Especially if the guest isn’t being disruptive & disrespectful.
Since she’s a MANAGER she should be expected to have superb customer service. to which she had me kicked out by security due to HER assumption that I didn’t have proper Identification. Terrible Customer Service by The MANAGER VONDA.
